Post-Service & Work Completion Policy
There are NO REFUNDS once work has been completed on your vehicle. If you experience an issue with the work performed by Mod Envy, please contact us at (919) 980-0694 within 24 hours so we can address and resolve the matter promptly. We will only repair or replace parts that were installed by our technician and determined to be defective or improperly installed. If any issue arises after the job is completed that is unrelated to the service performed, Mod Envy Customs is not responsible. Once the vehicle leaves our property, you—the customer—assume full responsibility for the vehicle and all installed parts. If you provide a part that is not the correct size or not fully compatible, our technician will inform you of the risks. If you choose to proceed with the installation against this advice, you agree to take full responsibility for the results. Mod Envy Customs will not warranty, replace, or cover any damage caused by incorrect or incompatible parts provided by the customer.
